Use of the brand
Your organization must have all promotional material for your event approved by the professional team at the Douglas Foundation, as well as any use of its logo.
The Douglas Foundation reserves the right to cancel the project if, on serious grounds, it does not agree with the usage made of its name and logo.
Promotion and selling
You agree to promote your event. The Douglas Foundation is not responsible for the promotion of your activity.
The Douglas Foundation is not responsible for selling your tickets. We strongly recommend that you search for all the help you can get.
Obligations and responsibilities
The Douglas Foundation will issue a tax receipt for all donations in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws.
The Douglas Foundation is not responsible for commitments made by any external party, for example in relation to an event being held for the benefit of the Foundation.
You agree to deliver all profits to the Douglas Foundation within 45 business days of the date of your event. The Douglas Foundation reserves the right to require a detailed budget of your fundraising event.
